Shipping Policy – Indomex American Circuits
At Indomex American Circuits, we take pride in providing reliable and transparent shipping solutions for every customer. Our policy is designed to make the process simple, efficient, and cost-effective while ensuring your order is shipped safely and on time.

Customers are encouraged to provide their own shipping accounts such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight service at the time of purchase order or quote acceptance. When a valid shipping account number is provided, all freight charges will be billed directly to the buyer. The account must be active and capable of receiving third-party billing. If no shipping account is provided before the order ships, Indomex American Circuits will add the shipping charges to the customer’s invoice.

When shipping charges are added to an invoice, they reflect the carrier’s rate at the time of shipment and may include handling or packaging costs. Freight charges are final once invoiced and cannot be adjusted. Any additional delivery services, including insurance, residential delivery, or expedited shipping, will also be billed to the customer. All shipments are FOB Houston, Texas, meaning ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier. Indomex American Circuits is not responsible for carrier delays, damages in transit, or customs clearance issues. Customers should inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any damage directly to the carrier.

Orders generally ship within five to ten business days after production completion or payment confirmation. Standard carriers include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight services. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. All items are packaged to meet carrier and product safety requirements, and custom or anti-static packaging can be provided upon request. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, or customs processing. If an order ships in multiple deliveries, freight costs will apply to each shipment. Orders are not insured unless the buyer requests coverage in writing before shipment
